Situated in Salt Lake City’s burgeoning central 9th district, the Pearl serves up an innovative Vietnamese menu and a thoughtfully crafted cocktail menu inspired by the flavors and aromas of Southeast Asia.  This gorgeous bar room marries the contemporary with subtle nods to modern Vietnamese design. The incredible staff strives to create an inclusive, laid back environment for all to enjoy.

The menu, designed by chef/owner Tommy Nguyen, reflects both his family heritage and a multi-decade career cooking in some of Utah’s most storied establishments.   From vibrant bahn mi sandwiches to hamachi crudo to our legendary house chili crisp, Chef Tommy’s commitment to craft, traditional flavors and innovation is ever-present.

The Pearl boasts one of the best patios in town, live jazz Tuesdays, Djs on the weekend, special events/parties, and Tommy's famous Sunday Night Pho.
